Tracking Program Metrics of Quality and Impact

SCRI works with partners to continuously assess the quality and outcomes of programs. We use the Results Dashboard to help our partners track key metrics related to program implementation, including indicators of quality and impact. Our partners use this Dashboard to identify and reflect on areas of strengths and continuous improvement.

We are sharing an example from our partner WESTWOOD SUMMER Smithfield District.   This Results Dashboard represents how Westwood Summer – a holistic learning experience blending academics with enrichment, social-emotional skill development and community engagement – continuously assesses the quality and outcomes of its program to ensure that youth, educators, families and communities have the best possible experiences.

This Results Dashboard includes key metrics related to the implementation and delivery of your program. These metrics serve as indicators of quality and impact. SCRI suggests using this Dashboard to identify and reflect on areas of strengths and areas for continuous improvement.
